About the role

We are seeking a qualified Law/Legal Expert to join our multidisciplinary team on a contract basis. This fully remote position focuses on delivering high‑quality legal analysis, research, and document drafting for a variety of U.S. law topics.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal analysis and provide nuanced guidance on diverse U.S. law subjects.

• Draft, review, and edit legal memoranda, opinions, contracts, and related documents.

• Identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, or ambiguities in legal materials as part of quality‑assurance efforts.

Required profile

• Active license to practice law in the United States with strong academic credentials.
• Current or prior experience at a top‑tier U.S. law firm, exposing you to multiple practice areas.
• Proven ability in legal analysis, research, and drafting across a range of subjects.
