Legal Director

About the role

The Director, Legal will act as the sole in‑house legal advisor for LATICRETE International and its affiliates, reporting directly to the CFO. This senior position provides strategic legal guidance across corporate, regulatory and operational matters while supporting the company’s global growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all legal affairs of the organization and manage relationships with external counsel.
• Provide counsel on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, contracts and risk management.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align legal strategy with business objectives.
• Coordinate with U.S. and international teams, respecting diverse legal systems and cultural nuances.
• Travel globally as required and operate remotely.

• Proven leadership and entrepreneurial mindset suitable for a family‑owned business with professional governance.
• Strong judgment, commercial acumen and ability to balance risk with business agility.
• Experience working with cross‑border legal issues and multicultural teams.
