Integration Manager – M&A (Remote, Eastern Time Zones)

About the role

The Integration Manager – M&A leads planning, coordination, and execution of merger and acquisition integration projects and large‑scale transformation initiatives. This remote position serves as a bridge between executive leadership, cross‑functional teams, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure seamless business transitions.

Key responsibilities

• Define integration objectives, roadmaps, timelines, success metrics, and governance structures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to set project scope, identify dependencies, and align with business priorities.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives, coordinating cross‑functional workstreams.
• Oversee large‑scale transformation programs, aligning processes, systems, and teams.
• Manage internal resources, third‑party vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and ensure milestones are met within budget.
• Handle change management, scope adjustments, and implementation activities.
• Identify risks, create mitigation strategies, and address issues proactively.
• Prepare communication plans and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Measure performance using project management metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• 8–10 years of P&C insurance experience managing a book of business.
• Proven ability to lead complex integration and transformation projects.
• Ability to work remotely with a dedicated, distraction‑free workspace.
