Head of Product Marketing (Financial Products)

About the role

As Head of Product Marketing for GoMining's financial products portfolio, you will shape the marketing strategy, drive commercial growth, and lead the go‑to‑market function for non‑core products such as the GoMining Card, Earn, Travel and Rewards. This senior leadership position works closely with Product, Finance, Compliance, Analytics and executive teams to scale product adoption globally.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall marketing strategy, positioning and value propositions for the financial products portfolio.
• Own end‑to‑end go‑to‑market plans for new product launches, feature releases, pricing updates and promotional campaigns.
• Drive user acquisition, activation, cross‑sell, retention and revenue growth in partnership with Acquisition, CRM and Product Marketing teams.
• Collaborate with Finance on pricing, unit economics, CAC, LTV and commercial planning.
• Develop and scale partnership, referral and co‑marketing programs with strategic partners.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives, align performance marketing, brand, content, SEO, community and product marketing around shared objectives.
• Mentor senior marketers and build scalable processes for the marketing organization.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in product marketing, go‑to‑market, growth marketing or marketing leadership.
• Proven track record of marketing multiple products within a single portfolio.
• Experience in fintech, digital banking, payments, cards, wallets, lending or wealth management.
• Strong commercial mindset with deep understanding of funnel economics, pricing, CAC, LTV and revenue growth.
• Successful history of leading global product launches and integrated marketing campaigns.
