DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join TBC’s technology team. You will be responsible for building, deploying and monitoring cloud‑native infrastructure that supports our digital banking services.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and monitor applications on public cloud (Azure) and self‑hosted environments, managing accounts, IAM and networking.
• Design, implement and maintain micro‑services architecture using Kubernetes for orchestration and advanced load‑balancing solutions.
• Set up observability stacks with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK and Azure Monitor to ensure service reliability.
• Manage network components such as subnets, LANs and routing, and troubleshoot related issues.
• Maintain configuration and code repositories using advanced Git techniques and support HTTP/2/gRPC load balancers.
• Configure and operate message queues (Nats, Kafka) and assist MLOps teams with MLFlow, Flyte deployments.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering role.
• Strong background in Linux system administration and cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., RHCA, CKAD, Terraform) are a plus.
• Familiarity with GitOps, Infrastructure‑as‑Code and CI/CD practices.

• Observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Azure Monitor.
• Version control with Git, including advanced techniques.
• Message brokers: Nats, Kafka.
• Container orchestration, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
