Data Entry Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Data Entry Specialist to support healthcare facilities by collecting, verifying, and submitting staffing data. The role is fully remote and involves working with large datasets to ensure compliance with CMS reporting requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, review, and organize staffing data from multiple sources.
• Verify data accuracy, identify inconsistencies, and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and internal databases.
• Enter, update, and validate information while maintaining high data quality.
• Support timely submission of staffing data in line with CMS requirements.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding data questions and corrections.
• Assist with reporting, audits, and ongoing process improvements.
• Maintain organized documentation and ensure secure storage and backup of information.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in data entry, administration, or reporting.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively.
• SQL knowledge is a plus, but not required.
