Data Entry Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Data Entry Specialist to support healthcare facilities by collecting, verifying, and submitting staffing data accurately and on time. This remote position offers the chance to work with international clients in a fast‑paced environment while ensuring compliance with CMS reporting requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, review, and organize staffing data from multiple sources.
• Verify data accuracy, identify inconsistencies, and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and internal databases.
• Enter, update, and validate information while ensuring high data quality.
• Support timely submission of staffing data in accordance with CMS requirements.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding data questions and corrections.
• Assist with reporting, audits, and ongoing process improvements.
• Maintain organized documentation and ensure information is securely stored and backed up.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in data entry, administration, reporting, or a similar role.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
