Data Entry Specialist (Remote)

About the role

As a Data Entry Specialist you will support healthcare facilities by collecting, verifying, and submitting staffing data accurately and on time. This remote position is ideal for detail‑oriented professionals who enjoy working with large datasets in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, review, and organize staffing data from multiple sources.
• Verify data accuracy, identify inconsistencies, and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and internal databases.
• Enter, update, and validate information while ensuring high data quality.
• Support timely submission of staffing data in accordance with CMS requirements.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding data questions and corrections.
• Assist with reporting, audits, and ongoing process improvements.
• Maintain organized documentation and ensure secure storage and backup.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in data entry, administration, reporting, or a similar role.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
