Customer Support Representative – Mobile Games

About the role

Join VOKI Games as a Customer Support Representative and help players enjoy our free‑to‑play mobile titles on iOS and Android. You will be the first point of contact for player inquiries, working closely with technical specialists to resolve issues quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to player tickets regarding game download, technical problems, payment methods and other in‑game issues.
• Collaborate with technical specialists to provide accurate solutions.
• Collect, organize and analyse player feedback, suggestions and reviews.
• Create detailed bug reports for the development team.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar customer support or technical support role.
• English proficiency at B2 level.
• Familiarity with business correspondence standards.
• Strong ability to structure information and stay calm under pressure.
• Passionate about helping people and delivering courteous service.

Required skills

• Experience with ticketing systems such as Helpshift.
• Experience with Jira for issue tracking.
