Customer Support & Experience Representative

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Customer Support and Experience Representatives to join a fast‑growing travel‑tech company that enables ski holiday bookings across 317 resorts. You will assist customers after they have booked their trips and while they are on holiday, ensuring smooth experiences and resolving any issues that arise.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, WhatsApp and phone.
• Handle post‑booking requests, changes, and on‑holiday support.
• Investigate and resolve customer problems, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams as needed.
• Use booking and support systems to retrieve information and provide solutions.
• Manage multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining clear, friendly, and empathetic communication.
• Take ownership of issues from start to finish and share recurring‑issue feedback with the team.

Required profile

• Native‑level English with excellent written and spoken skills.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, support or experience roles.
• Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making and attention‑to‑detail.
• Highly organised, able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable working independently, taking ownership and handling rotating shifts, including weekends.
