CRM Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a CRM Marketing Manager to own the customer lifecycle marketing for CXM across 12 markets. This fully remote position will use customer data, segmentation, automation and personalized communications to improve activation, first‑time deposits, retention and overall customer lifetime value.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and launch at least three automated lifecycle journeys (welcome/activation, retention, reactivation) within the first six months.
• Increase the current 9% lead‑to‑FTD conversion rate through targeted CRM activation campaigns.
• Support churn reduction to below 10% via structured retention and win‑back programmes.
• Manage and localise CRM communications across 12 markets, coordinating translation, editing and linguistic QA.
• Maintain 99%+ email deliverability and ensure all activity complies with consent, unsubscribe and local regulatory requirements.
• Analyse performance by market, language, segment and lifecycle stage; run A/B and holdout tests to optimise conversion, retention and revenue.
• Develop reusable email templates, content blocks and maintain master journey and localisation matrices.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience building end‑to‑end CRM journeys and managing multi‑market campaigns.
• Proven track record improving conversion, activation and retention metrics.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and drive continuous improvement.
• Experience ensuring email hygiene, deliverability and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work remotely while coordinating with product, analytics, IT and marketing teams across regions.
