About the role
BlueThrone is seeking a Business Development Manager to turn lead lists into real acquisition opportunities. This pure sales position owns the end‑to‑end process of sourcing, outreach, qualification and handoff to analysts and the M&A team.
Key responsibilities
- Research and enrich lead lists, identifying founders, CEOs or decision‑makers for mobile app acquisitions.
- Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp or phone, building genuine rapport and trust.
- Maintain a disciplined pipeline in Pipedrive, logging every interaction and ensuring no lead goes cold.
- Qualify prospects and provide a detailed handoff to analysts and the M&A team.
Required profile
- Self‑driven and persistent, never losing track of conversations.
- Strong communication skills to represent BlueThrone’s acquisition model.
- Detail‑oriented with a systematic approach to follow‑ups.
