About the role

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and confidence in tackling challenges.
• Analytical mindset with a proactive, results‑oriented attitude.
• Higher education in finance, economics or a technical field.
• At least 2 years of experience in business‑focused roles within the banking sector.

Required skills

• Experience with databases (SQL).
• Proficiency in statistical programming languages such as R, Python or SAS.
• Familiarity with data‑visualisation tools.
• Willingness to work with AI tools and modern technologies.
