Billing Specialist – Remote Healthcare Finance

About the role

Pharmbills is looking for a detail‑oriented Billing Specialist to support U.S. healthcare providers from a remote location in Georgia. You will ensure invoices are accurate, payments are tracked, and financial records are maintained, helping providers focus on patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Review and issue invoices for healthcare services, guaranteeing compliance and precision.
• Track billing discrepancies, work closely with clients and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain detailed financial records, including payments and client communications.
• Follow up on outstanding payments to secure timely receipt for providers.
• Collaborate with U.S.-based teams to streamline billing processes.
• Generate reports on billing status and accounts receivable for management.

Required profile

• Strong eye for detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent English communication skills (minimum B2 level), both written and verbal.
• Experience in billing, finance, or accounting processes.
• Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to investigate discrepancies.
• Organized and able to work efficiently in a fast‑moving environment.
