Billing Specialist

About the role

Pharmbills is looking for a detail‑oriented Billing Specialist to support its U.S. healthcare clients. Working remotely from Georgia, you will ensure invoices are accurate, payments are tracked and financial records are maintained, helping providers focus on patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Review, prepare and issue invoices for healthcare services in compliance with client requirements.
• Track payments, follow up on outstanding balances and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Maintain detailed financial records, including client communications and payment histories.
• Collaborate with U.S.‑based teams and healthcare providers to streamline billing processes.
• Generate regular reports on billing status and accounts receivable for management.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal English (minimum B2 level).
• Experience with billing, finance or accounting processes.
• Problem‑solving mindset and ability to work independently in a fast‑moving environment.
