Key responsibilities

• Lead all accounting operations, including monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Support the annual audit process and act as a primary liaison with external auditors.
• Partner with the Controller and senior leadership on financial strategy, reporting, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Proactively evaluate emerging accounting standards and regulatory changes to maintain compliance.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and data integrity.

Required profile

• Curious, collaborative professional who asks thoughtful questions and challenges assumptions.
• Strong communicator comfortable presenting financial information to executive teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑changing environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of GAAP and other relevant accounting standards.
• Experience with audit coordination and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in month‑end and year‑end close processes.
