Analyst – Horeca, Real Estate & Construction Department

About the role

Join the corporate client services department of a leading Georgian bank, focusing on the Horeca, commercial real‑estate and construction sectors. As an Analyst you will support the credit underwriting process, from initial client application to loan disbursement and ongoing monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and process client credit applications.
• Analyse financial statements and prepare comprehensive loan proposals.
• Build financial models and forecast key performance indicators.
• Assess project risk and coordinate the credit assessment process.
• Present proposals to the credit committee and drive the loan issuance workflow.
• Handle non‑standard contracts with internal and client stakeholders.
• Monitor existing client financial health and ensure compliance with loan purpose.
• Prepare regular reports in line with bank standards.

Required profile

• Higher education in Finance, Business Administration or related field (CFA/ACCA preferred).
• Minimum two years of experience as a financial analyst.
• Fluent in English and Russian.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, regulations and structures.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Financial modelling and risk‑assessment capabilities.
