About the role
The position focuses on detailed analysis of business borrowers for retail credit products. The analyst will conduct on‑site visits, evaluate financial information and produce objective conclusions on the sustainability and profitability of each client.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial statements of borrowers.
- Perform deep analysis of financial reports to assess creditworthiness.
- Identify and analyse credit risks and support risk‑manager decision making.
- Participate in the retail loan processing workflow.
- Conduct site visits together with branch representatives to gather additional financial data.
- Draft financial reports to determine borrowers’ repayment capacity.
- Formulate conclusions and recommendations based on business analysis.
Required profile
- Higher education in finance, business administration or a related field.
- Minimum six months of experience as a business credit expert.
- Strong knowledge of financial statements and reporting.
- Experience working with the RS system.
