Accounts Payable Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our remote team supporting leading U.S. healthcare companies. Working from the Republic of Georgia in the New York time zone, you will ensure that invoices are processed accurately and vendors are paid on time, enabling hospitals and clinics to focus on patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Verify, approve, and track incoming invoices.
• Maintain vendor relationships, resolve discrepancies, and ensure smooth communication.
• Reconcile accounts to keep financial records clear and accurate.
• Monitor expenses against budgets and company policies.
• Assist with audit preparation by organizing documentation and ensuring compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting; healthcare or insurance experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficient English communication skills (B2+ level).
