Accounts Payable Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our remote team supporting leading U.S. healthcare companies. Working from the Republic of Georgia in the New York time zone, you will ensure that invoices are processed accurately and vendors are paid on time, allowing healthcare providers to focus on patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Process invoices – verify, approve, and track payments.
• Manage vendor relations – resolve discrepancies and maintain smooth communication.
• Reconcile accounts – ensure financial records are clear and accurate.
• Monitor expenses – align costs with budgets and internal policies.
• Support audits – keep documentation organized and compliant.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or Accounting (healthcare/insurance experience a plus).
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong English communication skills (B2+ level).
• High attention to detail and a problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
