Travel Support Agent (Spanish)

About the role

Join Concentrix as a Travel Support Agent providing bilingual assistance to customers of a global air‑technology platform. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as online inquiries, helping travelers resolve issues and enjoy a smooth experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver service that meets contractual KPIs and quality standards.
• Identify customer needs, use decision‑support tools, and provide accurate resolutions.
• Maintain courteous, professional communication and build rapport.
• Document interactions in the call‑tracking system and follow up as needed.
• Promote additional products or services when appropriate.

Required profile

• B2 level Spanish (written and spoken) and advanced English.
• Minimum 6 months experience in a customer‑service environment.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Strong communication, empathy, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Team‑oriented attitude and organized work style.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using web‑based applications and internet tools.
