Senior Technical SEO/GEO Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Technical SEO/GEO Specialist to lead the optimisation of our digital properties. You will work closely with developers, designers and content creators to ensure the website is fully discoverable, fast and delivers a seamless user experience across all search engines.

Key responsibilities

• Perform in‑depth technical SEO audits to identify gaps in site structure, crawling and indexing.
• Partner with the development team to embed SEO recommendations during re‑platforming and regular updates, adhering to technical guidelines.
• Monitor performance with SEO tools, analyse data and produce reports that highlight trends, issues and optimisation opportunities.
• Stay up‑to‑date with algorithm changes, industry trends and best practices to keep the site competitive.
• Implement structured‑data markup and other technical enhancements to boost visibility.
• Provide training and guidance to internal teams on SEO best practices and ensure consistent adoption.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in technical SEO or a closely related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer science or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of search‑engine algorithms, website analytics and major SEO platforms.
• Proficiency in English at C1 level and excellent communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
