Senior Operations Analyst

About the role

As a Senior Operations Analyst you will join Glovo’s Georgia Operations team, turning courier and partner data into actionable decisions. You will own forecasting, planning and performance analytics that keep the supply side of the marketplace running smoothly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end supply forecasting and seasonal planning to ensure the market is staffed ahead of demand.
• Design, build and maintain self‑service dashboards and automated reports using Looker or Tableau, SQL, Python and Google Apps Script.
• Manage performance metrics such as delivery time, preparation time and other supply KPIs, investigate root causes and propose improvements.
• Analyse courier pay and operational spend to drive budget efficiency without increasing costs.
• Design, launch and evaluate experiments and improvement initiatives, translating open‑ended business questions into structured analysis.
• Collaborate with the Supply Lead on fleet quality, engagement and risk, and work cross‑functionally with Finance, Commercial, Quick Commerce, Real‑Time Operations and Global Ops.
• Present findings and recommendations directly to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience building dashboards that a whole team relies on.
• Strong curiosity for data and ability to own KPIs from definition to monitoring.
• Solid understanding of operational or marketplace dynamics such as supply, logistics and delivery performance.
• Proven ability to turn vague business questions into clear analytical plans and communicate results to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Track record of owning projects from scoping through impact measurement with minimal supervision.
