Senior Frontend Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to shape the next generation of our AI agent platform. You will own the design and implementation of complex, stateful React interfaces while collaborating closely with product, design, and backend teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance React applications using TypeScript, Vite, and modern monorepo tooling.
• Build and operate BFF/API gateway layers with Node.js and NestJS, handling service aggregation, authentication, pagination, and error contracts.
• Work in a micro‑service environment (10+ services), defining clear BFF boundaries and integration points.
• Implement sophisticated UI patterns such as undo/redo, optimistic updates, and conflict resolution for collaborative editors.
• Maintain a strong testing culture with Vitest unit/component tests and Playwright end‑to‑end tests.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) to improve productivity while ensuring code quality.
• Contribute to shared component libraries and assist in migrating legacy UIs to new design systems.

Required profile

• 6+ years of professional frontend or full‑stack product development.
• 5+ years of production‑grade React experience and senior‑level expertise in TypeScript.
• 2+ years of Node.js development, preferably with NestJS.
• Proven experience building and scaling BFF/API layers in a micro‑service architecture.
• Strong architectural sense for frontend code organization (e.g., FSD, modular layers).
• Ability to make autonomous UI/UX decisions using an existing design system.
• Hands‑on experience with modern testing tools and CI integration.
