Project Manager – Construction

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead construction projects from concept to completion. The role is fully remote, operating on New York business hours, and involves coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle in ClickUp, from initiation to hand‑over.
• Maintain accurate customer data in HubSpot.
• Communicate clearly with both B2C and B2B native‑speaker clients, addressing issues and ensuring satisfaction.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, scheduling, and other cross‑functional teams.
• Monitor deadlines, budgets, and quality standards to guarantee project success.

Required profile

• Strong background in engineering education or extensive engineering experience.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to overcome client objections.
• Comfortable working in a remote, B2B contract environment.
