Junior Revenue Accountant

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Junior Revenue Accountant to join EPAM’s Revenue Accounting & Collection team. The role focuses on accurate data entry, reconciliation and analysis of revenue‑related transactions, providing a solid foundation for a career in finance within a fast‑growing tech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and post general‑ledger entries for client revenues, accruals and deferrals.
• Review contractual financial terms and ensure correct application in accounting records.
• Support larger client accounts and collaborate with team members on month‑end closing activities.
• Respond to audit requests and assist with annual and interim audit processes.
• Issue invoices and create accurate journal entries using client systems such as Ariba and Coupa.

Required profile

• 0–1 years of experience in accounting, finance or related academic studies; final‑year students with strong academic records are welcome.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles, revenue recognition and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in English (minimum B1) for verbal and written communication.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP and data‑analysis functions.
• Familiarity with enterprise procurement systems such as Ariba and Coupa.
