About the role
Join Concentrix as a French‑speaking Online Support Advisor for Spotify. You will assist Premium Spotify users through email, chat, social media, and the Spotify Community site, helping them discover and enjoy music and podcasts.
Key responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate support to Premium users via multiple digital channels.
- Resolve inquiries related to music streaming, account management, and technical issues.
- Maintain high-quality communication standards and document interactions.
- Collaborate with team members and share best practices.
Required profile
- Strong communication abilities with excellent written French (C1) and English (B2) skills.
- High school education; prior experience in a customer experience center is a plus.
- Availability to work rotating shifts, Monday through Sunday.
- Team‑player attitude with a positive, proactive mindset.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and general computer applications.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
