Finance Reporting & Operations Analyst (Georgia)

About the role

As a Finance Reporting and Operations Analyst you will be the financial backbone for one of Glovo’s key markets, turning complex data into actionable insights. You will partner with local and HQ teams to support strategic decisions and ensure smooth treasury and cash‑flow processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support local FP&A and controlling processes, delivering day‑to‑day financial insights.
• Translate large datasets into clear business stories for management meetings and strategic projects.
• Build, maintain and improve analytical dashboards to streamline reporting.
• Oversee treasury planning and cash‑flow management, ensuring accurate payments and billing cycles.
• Maintain strong financial controls through regular reconciliations and checks.
• Identify and implement process automation opportunities to improve finance workflows.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with local and HQ teams to drive operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis, preferably in a tech or fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to extract stories from data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, results‑driven and ethically responsible.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets proficiency.
• Experience building financial dashboards.
• SQL knowledge (plus).
