About the role
Join EY-Parthenon’s Transactions & Corporate Finance team in Tbilisi as a first‑year Assistant, supporting clients in M&A, valuation and strategic projects.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct secondary research using analyst reports, market studies and news sources.
- Perform analyses such as customer segmentation, market sizing, competitor analysis and macro‑economic forecasting.
- Assist in corporate valuation and financial modelling projects.
- Prepare and compare valuation models using various business valuation methods.
- Draft valuation reports, research reports and client opinions.
Required profile
- Strong academic record with a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field (Corporate Finance specialization a plus).
- Fluent written and spoken English; knowledge of Georgian is essential.
- Solid understanding of financial mathematics, corporate finance, data and investment analysis.
- Keen interest in the financial services market in Georgia and beyond.
- Good interpersonal skills, self‑motivation and goal orientation.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Financial modelling.
