1st year Assistant in Transfer Pricing Practice

About the role

As a 1st‑year Assistant in EY’s Transfer Pricing practice, you will support a diverse portfolio of multinational clients, helping to prepare transfer pricing documentation, assist in tax audit defence and contribute to the development of strategic pricing policies. You will work alongside experienced tax professionals and gain hands‑on exposure to the technical and analytical aspects of transfer pricing.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct industry, company and comparability analyses to support benchmarking studies.
• Apply statistical techniques, financial ratios and data classification methods to transfer pricing projects.
• Work with accounting and financial data, performing financial adjustments and calculations.
• Assist in preparing documentation and administrative tasks for the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, law, mathematics or related quantitative field.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in Georgian is required.
• Interest in developing core transfer pricing concepts and applying them daily.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to manage time in a fast‑paced environment.
