Property Consultant – Real Estate Sales

About the role

Hogar Properties, in partnership with EMAAR, is expanding its team in Tbilisi and seeks motivated Property Consultants to drive sales across a premium portfolio of local and international listings. You will work with company‑generated leads, support buyers through the entire purchase process, and help close transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on suitable property options based on their needs and budget.
• Organise and conduct property viewings, both virtual and onsite.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate the closing process.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate with the in‑house marketing team to maximise lead conversion.

Required profile

• Previous experience in real‑estate sales or property consulting (preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and comfortable in a fast‑paced sales environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using CRM or sales tracking tools (if mentioned by candidate).
