Legal Officer – Impact Investment Firm

About the role

Triple Jump, an impact‑focused investment manager, is seeking a Legal Officer to join its legal team in Tbilisi. The role is a full‑time, fixed‑term position (initially one year) supporting the investment contracting and disbursement processes for debt‑focused mandates and occasional equity transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate transaction documentation for debt investments, including loan agreements, security documents and NDAs.
• Assist the commercial team by providing timely legal advice on investment structures and client requests.
• Coordinate external counsel and co‑investor legal teams in joint fund transactions.
• Support compliance by ensuring that internal procedures for investment and divestment are correctly implemented.
• Maintain legal files and monitor post‑closing obligations.

Required profile

• Law degree with a focus on finance, banking or corporate law.
• Experience in drafting and negotiating investment contracts, preferably in debt financing.
• Strong understanding of compliance requirements in the investment management sector.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
